Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available for eligible one-time purchases within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Returned items must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date.

Items returned after this window are not eligible for a refund.

Refunds are issued only after returned items are received and inspected.

Subscription Purchases

Refunds are not available for subscription renewals.

If you have a subscription, it is your responsibility to cancel your subscription before the end of the current billing period to avoid future charges.

No exceptions will be made for missed cancellations.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a refund:

All unused components of the test must be returned

Returns that are incomplete may be denied or partially refunded

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
