SparkDX currently ships to addresses within the United States and Canada.

Shipping Costs

Free standard shipping on:

• All subscriptions
• One-time purchases over $50
• Orders under $50 will have shipping calculated at checkout.

Expedited shipping options are available for purchase during checkout.

Shipping Method & Timing

All orders are shipped via USPS Standard Shipping.

Typical delivery time: 3–10 business days

Delivery times may vary based on location, order volume, or seasonal delays.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Expedited Shipping

If you need your order sooner, expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional cost. Expedited orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible.

Shipping Schedule

We ship orders Monday through Saturday to get your tests to you as quickly as possible. Shipping is paused on federal holidays.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipment confirmation email that includes a tracking number. You can use this number to follow your order’s progress until it arrives.
